Injury specific strengthening, stabilization and improvement of mobility for return to desired function
Joint Mobilization & Manipulation
Improving joint mobility and mechanics to decrease pain, improve range of motion, and decrease joint dysfunction

Release of trigger points in muscles that are causing dysfunction during movement and causing pain
Neuromuscular Re-education
Retraining your nerves, muscles and receptors to improve body awareness for prevention of injury and/or improved stability
Vestibular Rehab
Exercise-based treatment program designed for dizziness and balance issues to promote vestibular adaptation and substitution
Postural Restoration
Identifying postural adaptations, asymmetrical patterns and the influence of polyarticular chains to decrease patterned movement and restore neutral position
Modalities
Electrical stimulation, ultra sound, ice and heat that can be used to compliment progression of therapy if medically necessary
