Personal Training Adult Program
Programs have been designed to improve your overall heath and
wellness. Achieving this, by examining you as an individual, assessing your risk factors and understanding your goals. Our program will evaluate your current health status by offering a variety of risk assessment tools all designed to individualize your program.
Our team of medical professionals will be involved in assisting you reach your goals and objectives.
Your fitness program will be individually designed using Functional Training: This will improve your muscular skeletal fitness as well as increase your cardiovascular health and reduce injuries. Training is targeted to carry over into your normal daily living!

Crisa Renard, General Manager / Exercise Physiologist
Crisa is a graduate of University of Northern Colorado and has been a trainer at PWI for over 11 years. She enjoys working with a variety of clients from clients
who have specific orthopedic needs, weight loss needs, and clients looking to stay healthy and build lean muscle. Crisa has various certifications aimed at
clients with special orthopedic needs including back pain, hip pain, knee pain and ACL injuries.
