Do you accept and are you In-Network with my insurance company?

The Point is in-network with most all insurance companies.  If you have questions about your plan you can contact your insurance company directly to find out about your specific benefits.  We will verify your benefits on your first visit if you have not already to provide you with your physical therapy benefits and the portion you will be responsible for covering.

Do I need a referral to be seen for physical therapy?
All 50 states have passed the direct access which allows anyone to go see a physical therapist without a referral. However, your insurance will be the prime indicator if you must be seen by a medical doctor, first. You can call your insurance to find out details on your plan to see if they will cover PT without a referral.

How does billing work?

We have both insurance and cash pay options. If you would like to bill through your insurance, we will submit your claims on your behalf. Co-pays are due at the time of service. If you would prefer cash pay options, cash payments are due at the time of service.
